Hello Ladies!
I was wondering how often you guys use your amla/ayurvedic mixes to reap all the benefits it give to your hair. I would like to do mine more often than once every three weeks, but I keep my twists in for that long...and I don't want to get grit in between my twists, so doing it while in my twists is not an option. What do you guys think?

Once every three weeks.. sound good.. Using amla/ayuverdic mixes.. can be a drying to the hair.. so be sure to follow with deep conditioner treatement..
I normally do henna/amla gloss about once a month.. and i normally do what i have time to do in my schedule.. So if this works for you.. do that |

I use a mix of brahmi oil, vatika oil, and castor oil nightly...my shedding has reduced tremendously!!! I also got amla hair cream...I like it and the smell. Sometimes I massage it in as a pre-poo...works well, but contains protein. I noticed results with the shedding immediately on the next co-wash and don't want them to stop!!!
