These are some of my favorite treatments that I love doing for my hair. I now that you will enjoy them.










Deep Conditioning Honey Treatment


Add a tablespoon of honey and oil to your favorite conditioner. And massage it into your hair. Leave for half an hour. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.






I think I know what you’re thinking honey, stinky honey. I thought the same thing. When I first started putting honey in my hair I thought it would be hard to rinse out, but it’s not. I know that honey is really good for our hair.






Hair Growth Treatment


3-6 tbsp. of honey, 1-2 tbsp. of jojoba oil or olive oil. Mix all ingredients and massage into your scalp. Leave for 15 minutes, rinse with cold water and shampoo.


You can use any oils you want. I usually leave it in my hair for an hour or so. This is my number one favorite treatment. I do this treatment about once a month.






Coconut Oil Treatment


Squeeze quarter size amount of coconut oil into palm of hand, rub between palms and massage into hair. Completely saturate into hair.


Keep oil in your hair for 8-10 hours, and then wash with shampoo. 2 wash. The best time to do this treatment is when you’re about to go to bed. The next day you will be ready to wash your hair.

I'm definitely going to try these I've been natural about a year and 5months and I haven't seen much growth at all!!! Im sad about it because I've always had long hair! I also have a terrible problem with tangles when I wash my hair I find I lose lots of hair because of it it seems to be in nots mainly in da middle after a wash is there anything u can tell me to reduce knots and tangles
