Seems to be good so far. As long as I add in flax seeds my spritz's tend to be good, I like to use it for refreshing or the liquid in my LOC method when I tend to do it

* African Pride Shea Butter Miracle Leave in Conditioner mixed with Aloe Vera Juice

* Water

I use the aloe vera/conditioner mix as a liquid leave in because the shea butter miracle conditioner is creamy, i mix it with the aloe juice then spritz the hair with it. Also use it as a pre-poo by adding an oil (coconut, olive or castor oil) to my hair after I have spritzted it with the mixture, leave on for a few hours then wash and condition my hair.

I was just about to make a topic like this!
Winter Regimen
Sweet Almond Oil
Castor Oil
Vegetable Glycerin
Grape seed Oil

I just made another concoction tonight! I have to force myself to get back on my regimen! It becomes hard with school AND work!
