Question Aloe Vera Juice???

I bought some for the second time (i let the first bottle spoil before i used it) and i dont know what to do with it.

I keep reading how good it is for your hair but i was wondering what were you guys opinions on aloe vera juice and your hair?

How do you guys use it? what are some recipes and different ways to work with the juice?

I've only recently started using it in my hair but I have 1 part AVJ to 2 parts water in a spray bottle. I use it for daily moisture as well as making my hair pliable for styling.

I usually use 1/4 cup water to 1/2 cup aloe Vera juice with 1 tsp jojoba and 1 tbsp of glycerin. I keep this in a spray bottle to refresh my hair about every other day.

I use it in my leave in mix (kimmaytube). When I have in a protective style I use half and half in my spritz bottle. I will also put it in my dc for added moisture and it helps my curls to pop.

If you believe that....never buy a hair gel. Its the primary ingredient. Aloe has been used for CENTURIES...before there was shampoo you bought in the store....there was aloe. I use it to wash my hair and I have never had an issue....in fact...like most folks, I've experienced faster hair growth becuz of the enzyme in it that has been proven to help hair.
Read this article: http://www.health-benefits.info/2012...-hair.html?m=1 "Aloe Vera for hair growth Aloe vera contains enzymes that stimulate new hair growth. Aloe vera has been proven able to cope with damaged hair, being able to adjust the pH of the hair. It can be used on the hair in various ways, although the most popular consists of buying a shampoo that contains aloe vera, but applying pure aloe vera gel to the hair is the most effective. This is the benefit of aloe vera for healthyhair."
