This weekend I condensed my treatments. I usually do my amla separately but today I have made my beloved condish mix and added the amla to it.

So.....

-1 small banana
-1 avocado
-1 egg
-sweet almond oil, olive oil, coconut oil, grapeseed oil, and my homemade black castor oil
-allium sativum
-allium cepa
-honey
-AVJ
-coconut milk
-amla
-orange EO (for fragrance)

Ok I think this is the last one for the week....

I made a face mask w/ bentonite clay. Instead of water I used egg white that had been beaten in a blender to loosen the consistency. Then I added tea tree oil, honey, and the clay.

Why egg white??? A friend of mine has a brother who told her that it draws out the black heads on the nose.

My first try at making flax seed gel. I used flax seeds, honey and a little bit of EVCO and EVOO. It's still a little liquidy lol but it's nice.

okay I lied, it didn't get soggy. It's been 6 hours at most and my hair is still "slicked down". My new staple .

Default Mango butter

Since the the hair in the back of my head has been a little dry, I mixed mango butter, alma oil, castor oil, and tea tree oil together- no water or anything perishable, since I don't want to refrigerate it. I dc with it, and great results.

My hair does not like Shea butter but loves mango butter!

I mixed some oil for my face to follow my black soap. My jojoba oil is about 1/4 full and I heard that olive and coconut oils can be ideal for achieving clear skin.

So to the rest of the jojoba oil I added olive and coconut oils, and some vitamin E oil and a couple drops of tea tree EO...

I made a simple butter of mango and avocado butters and a little grapeseed oil. Will use this for my nighttime routine to spritz and seal. I am hoping this will help to reduce SSKs. I am seeing a lot of them lately.
