Default Pregnant anyone?

Hello
Im 4 months due in Jan 2012.
Im dying to get inshape this pregnancy, and try to eliminate any extra pounds. While eating better and drinking more water and milk.
Anyone Else trying to achieve these same goals?

I am too!!!! I am walking three miles right now at least two times a week. I am going to bump it up to five days a week if I can.

Congrats! To you all....

Just had my 3rd girl on 6/7 and now I'm trying to loose this stomach. So far no luck .

I didn't exercise during any of my pregnancies but go for it. It'll only benefit you in the long run

I'm 23 weeks pregnant with my first child...a little boy. I woud love to get in shape but I'm super, super lazy. I was lazy before getting pregnant but now its gotten worse. I really need to drink more water and get in some type of exercise. Hopefully I'll get motivated to get off my booty soon.

Start walking. That is the best. Im 12 weeks with my second child. My first will not leave me alone. I really wish he would go somewhere and sit down. Im tired, irritable, nausious, and generally dont want to be bothered. My hubs is getting on my last piece of good nerves. I need a vacation.

Breastfeeding is great fir loosing weight after pregnancy. I lost all my baby weight that way.
