I've been slacking on working out because of school. Today I walked 3.5 miles, ran 7 hills, and did 100 sit-ups...that was this morning so I may do more sit-ups and some squats and lunges before I go to bed

So far, walked 3 1/2 & change miles. Did some tricep dips and lunge/squat dips on park benches in between the walk (i.e stop every so often) and 10 split jump squats.... May do more of something later.

30 minutes on a treadmill, interval run-walk-run
Did a mile in 12 minutes. HUUUGE improvement from last week. I must get it down to 9-10 minutes within 3 weeks. I can do it! |
