I use the Mirena.

I don't use any. I had Mireba IUD for over three years before I had it removed. By that point I was always tired and irritable. I was bloated always even though I was running and eating well and drinking properly (my guy and I have set noticed a difference in my mid section since removing it). I was extremely anxious. Painful sex to the point that I was afraid of it. And he could feel the string.
