In a couple days it'll be 2013! And on top of most people's resolutions are losing weight. And yeah, for the first couple weeks in january they do try but slowy just stop.

I'm all for it. I'll be trying to doing Zumba at night and my regular work outs 4-5 days a week.

I'm in! I'm going to get back into my routine of running 3 days a week and going to the gym 4 days. I'm ready to finally wear a bikini.

I'm in...my plan is to walk 2-3 times a week. I really want to slim down some. The push from other people may help me continue instead of quitting shortly after.

Alrighty! So here's the rules:
- Must drink at least 8 cups of water a day, the more the better. - Work out at least 3 days a week. - If you have a gym membership use the weights! muscle is your best friend - Check in at least once a week to tell us how your week went - Check in once a month on your progress, whether it be inches lost, pounds lost or your clothes getting smaller! - Get your rest I think that's it for now, if anyone has other rules feel free to add. I'll also ask that you guys post a before picture with your stats ( how much you weigh, waist size, hips etc) I highly recommend taking a picture even if you don't feel comfortable posting it, because you can be surprised on how much you've changed.
