I'm IN but, is it bad though that I am probably going to wait 2 weeks (Jan. 22) before I start so that I'll have access to my college's gym/weight room? It's really difficult for me to use the gym at home :/ it'll be easier once I get my license.

I recently bought a juicer that I am excited about. Between the juicing and the increased water intake I'm gonna really be on a roil.

I definitely want to join but I don't know where to start. I plan on going grocery shopping and buying a load of fruits so I can juice and make smoothies. But what else can I do?

Gym is gonna be apart of my plan also

so, I've been good with eatting and terrible with exercise. I am also taking green coffe bean and raspberry ketones, heard about both on Dr. Oz. I lost a few lbs so i guess its all working somehow.

I really have to commit to working out, I'm just so exhaused everyday

When you juicing, incorporate veggies at your own pace. It's a taste that you have to get used to but fruit only smoothies tend to be really high in sugar :-( I didn't realize it until I put in each fruit into myfitnesspal. Kale is a good one.
