A few people are doing this challenge in other way. I have some friends also using it the challenge them save in other areas of your life, physical, financial, mentally, spiritual. I doing all of them this is something I made up to help get my out of control life together.

weigh in- dont care about the number i want to see and fill the change

plan-- take it one day at a time. pray to start and finish. 6 small meals a day, 8 bottles of water a day at least and more fruit
