So, I didn't eat much at all yesterday... Needless to say I was drained during my workout today.. It was pure cardio which has no breaks then cardio abs..But that's ok... Day 17.. Complete *goes to cry in the corner* 😩

I wish i could do this... Is it a lot of jumping? I live on the second floor .. And the ppl on the 3rd floor annoy the crap outta me with stomping
