Hey there I just posted a response about this on another weight loss thread then saw this one so I will add it here:

I completed the 60 insanity challenge in October, on day 1 my stats were 36/35/42! On day 60 I weighed 149lbs I lost a total of 18lbs, 3" off my waist and dropped 1 1/2 dress sizes, my stats were 36/32/41! I'm not going to pretend and say it was easy because it wasn't, I achieved my results in front of my tv 6 days a week just following the programme, there was alot of cursing & bucket loads of sweat!! But it was 100% worth it! and I have managed to maintain my weight too, before this programme I drank little to no water now I drink between 1.5 to 2 litres daily so it's defo changed my lifestyle and I would recommend to anyone who wants to really challenge themselves

The pics: row 1 is day 1, row 2 is day 18, row 3 is day 52, row 4 is day 60.

Girl you look great! Did you also make significant changes in your diet? I was recently doing Insanity and I had to stop right before I was about to start week 4 due to health issues. However, at the point I wasn't seeing any results. But I can honestly say that my eating wasn't terrible, but definitely not the best.

I am in week 3 and this is the longest I have actually stuck with it. Insanity Workout Support!!!-uploadfromtaptalk1357917662647.jpg

This is the result of me losing 30lbs without Insanity. First pic was in Nov 2011 and second one is May 2012. I didn't gain any back but I wanted to kick my workout into full gear so I decided to try Insanity again and I'm definelty seeing results. It kinda sucks when the scale doesn't change because I'm gaining so much muscle but I've lost 8 inches since Jan 1

This week seems to be the most difficult to keep up with. I've gotten to week 3 several times and fell off and end up starting all over!,good luck! We can do it!
