I too have been slacking but it's Nov 1st and I'm aiming to lose at least 5lbs this month. I will go to the gym at least 3 times a week and I have some workout DVD. Listen insanity is no joke, my friend has it and we were doing it together I have never shed so much sweat during a workout! I will be more consistent with everything but the hardest part is eating healthy. Any pointers on how I can ease my way into eating healthier meals??? Thanks in advance

Been doing 30minutes of zumba sundays and tuesdays (to practice my choreography) and 1 1/2 hours on mondays and wednesdays. Thurdays and sundays im gonna start going to the gym again. Fridays I'm gonna just keep walking (weather permitting) and saturdays will be my off day.
Besides zumba days the rest is just hopeful. The days when its too cold to leave the house, I have my hip hop ab vids. My hubby said a good way to keep on track is to schedule workouts like you schedule a doc appt and you'll be more inclined to stick to that time. Hello! I want to join this challenge! I went back to the first page to catch up! I really love how Draya from BBWs is shaped. I would love to have a shape like that! Anyway here are my stats:
Ht: 5'1 Weight: 123.4 Goal weight: 115-118 Measurements: 36- 26.5- 38 I want to lose weight but I want my butt to be bigger, toner. Want to tone my arms as well and of course my abs. I do exercise pretty good from running, stair master, fitness classes and so forth. I do need to control my eating and I've been working on that. I started back juicing. Anybody have any great abs workouts? Thanks!! |

I have been following this post for a while and I was hesitant to join because most of you ladies are in really good shape and so far ahead of me but I love the way y'all follow up with and support each other!! So I would love to join as well! I am 5'5
