Ok so legs are toning up nicely and my little pouch is coming down. Yaaaaaah! I can comfortably fit in my size 8 jeans/pants. I have not lost anymore weight in pounds since my first week but I have lost inches which was my goal. My regimen is now Insanity in the mornings and Hip Hop Abs in the evenings.....yeah I decided to dust that one off lol Starting weight was 152, now 150 and holding. How is everyone doing?

That's awesome UndeniablyMe!

I measured and weighed today. I lost 1 inch around my belly, which was exciting, lol. I've also gained an inch around the hips and lost half an inch around the waist. I'm not concerned about my actual weight.
I've been juicing apple-carrot-spinach 1-3x a week, I haven't had sugar juice in almost 2wks, and I've been eating less meals containing cheese per week. It's working!

Go head Trini! That's fantastic! I'm having a hard time easing up on the cheese lol The sweets were easier but I absolutely LOVE cheese! Maybe I should dust off my juicer too.....haven't used it in months, it got really expensive but I did like the benefits.

I am in love with cheese which I why I know better than to try and just give it up, lol. But finding other things to eat in the week without cheese in it is helping. I probably wouldn't keep up with juicing myself but my mom buys all the veggies and its her juicer. I only have time for it on weekends though.

I feel like im slimming down slowly. I know for a fact I walked well over 5 miles yesterday, probably over 10. But anyway lol my clothes still don't really fit so if I have gained weight it hasn't been too much. Ill do a weigh in later hopefully
