hopefully I can stay motivated on the work outs...I have been super lazy lately. Smh anyway, 1.) My height: 5'1 My weight: not 100% sure but I'm assuming somewhere between 120 and 125, I don't have a scale in my house to check. My measurements: Idk these at all. Lol My trouble spots: probably my tummy area...and my thighs. They don't look how they used to so I need to tone up. 2.) My goal weight is probably a toned 115...Idk, I've never really been weight obsessed. 3.) I'll try and do like 20 mins on the eliptical, and then some ab workouts everyday. And on the days it isn't raining probably a nice long walk. 4.) No supplements for me. Just lots if fruits, veggies, and water. Okay I hope I remember everything.
Height: 6'3" Weight: im gonna guess 255 Measurements : 36 43 52 Goal: 235 . Im okay with my measurements I just want a flat tummy. As of Monday, im supposed to be doing a constant workout with my friend so we can be sexy for Halloween sooo Jillian Michael's 30 pounds in 30 days on mwf and toning/twerking on Tues. And Thurs. I'm a smudge under 5'7. I weigh 176-178 lbs. I wear a size 12.
I'd like to get down to 150 lbs, but will probably just lose body fat. I just joined a gym and I plan on keeping a food journal. Eating 1200 calories a day mostly clean eating. Problem areas are stomach, back of the legs, and biceps. I will post pics soon.

I'm currently 5'4 and 146 pounds. I want to lose 6 of these bad boys. My measurements are 34-28-37 I want them to be 34-24-38. Maybe 34-24-40 (teehee).
I plan on eating a decent amount of protein. I want to try Maca Root Powder, this is rumored (sometimes sworn by) to give one rounder hips and a plump bootay. I will take Omega 3 Fish Oil which is supposed to help burn fat around your midsection. My trouble spot is those love handles -_-. Yea.. they need to go. Diet shall stay normal, I have a pretty balanced diet already. I will do butt-thigh building/shaping exercises. Do an ab boot camp. I also want a toned back.
