Wellness coach here !😊😊😊😊
A six pack ( flat stomach ) is made in the kitchen ask and body builder !!
1) eat right !! Lots of veggies .. Then more veggies and fruits ! Lean sources of protein
2) have 5-6 small small meal a day ! Or eat every other time to baby eats !! Except during the night !!
3 ) water water water. Helps the skin !! and the healing processes and milk production !!
4 ) do plank and balance poses !! Yoga journal.com ! Wait for your dr to give you the ok for exercise especially crunches and other abdominal work doing them to early will cause more trouble and prevent healing !!

I have one baby and she is now 15 months old. My abs were so weak after giving birth. But now I have been able to get them strong again. As the other posters said, planks are great, bicycle crunches and good old crunches. You also must keep a healthy diet along with working out.

Well you need to wait a while. It's only been two months. I know exactly what you are talking about and it will go down. My friend had the same thing, and it went away in about 4-5 months. Just keep eating healthy and walk with your baby your stomach will go down.... Things are still healing inside your stomach causing it to pooch.

It takes you 6 weeks to recovery from delivery and 16 months post pregnancy. Be careful ladies, I tell my clients this every single day. Take it easy. You shouldn't be doing anything but eating, resting, breast feeding (if u are nursing), and taking care of baby for first 6 weeks. Then start a lite workout regimen.
