I started at 324 last year I'm 298 now my goal is 180-170

163 trying to get to 150. I've never been concernd the number, however it couldnt hurt. My body fat is under 20percent just want to get it a little lower

I began dieting in May, I started at 220 and now I'm down to 181. I started taking the insanity Amp'd pills its the highest quality of bee pollen. I cut out all sodas, meat, and bread. The picture is were I ordered them from.

I m 5.9 (78kg) i m trying to reduce my weight up to round about 65kg,I do five days exercise in a week like running,swimming,little gym and some time yoga.First thing is i m trying to manage my diet and control my calories,that's why eat healthy like vegetables,fruits beans etc.

How are you doing w/ the exercising more? Hope all is well!

Speaking of being well (or not), sprained my ankle pretty good about 3 wks ago. Starting to get 'booty do'... Having a good size booty, thats sayin a lot about my midsection. Lol...6 Gotta do something & non-weight barring. Oh me, oh my!

I'm 5' 6" and weighed my highest of @ 240 lbs in 2008. Between October '08 & January '09 I lost 60 lbs, but regained 35 pounds over the last 4 yrs. Since this year I've recommitted to taking control of my weight and am now down to 204! I'm working towards losing the next 10 lbs by New Year's Eve. Slow and steady (and permanent) is my mantra!
