Sounds about right. Except since he's had this cold, he's only been getting wipe downs. Emerging him in water makes me nervous when he's sick.

I bathe every other day. I just keep the room warm.

Did you try the sinus rinse yet? I just pushed a huge glob out of Liv's nose. She's like a different baby after.

That's what I do when I bathe him. I take a heater in the bathroom and a heater in my room.

I did it earlier today. It didn't go as bad as I thought. He cried a little but he couldn't really cry with all the water going in his mouth. I didn't get any blobs but it did clear his sinuses because I stopped hearing the mucus when he breathes.

Hate when my bra is uneven because one is fuller than the other. It looks weird and annoying.

For the ladies who pump how long does it take to pump a full bottle of milk? My daughter is 12 days old and I am sitting here looking at this expensive Madella pump I just bought and before I crack it open I just want to know that pumping will work for me. I am breast feeding on a regular but it seems like she is not getting full cause an hour later she is hungry.

Check out Kellymom.com. It is very helpful for breastfeeding. At 12 days, eating every one to two hours is normal. Don't get surprised if you don't pump much. Your body is still being regulated by her nursing. At this time allowing her to nurse well give the best results, IMO .

Thanks for the advice! I guess I could wait to start pumping since I dont go back to work until 8 weeks. It just frustrates me to see her starving when I know she has nursed for at least 45 minutes.

Eating every hour at 12 days is totally normal! Babies will constantly seem hungry for the first month or so. If you do decide to go ahead and start pumping, don't get discouraged if you don't see much. Just keep doing it on a regular basis. At first I was happy to just pump an ounce or so. Now I average about 4 oz per breast. In the beginning, pumping is to help stimulate your production rather than supply building so focus on that ffirst. HTH!

Thanks for the advice. I pumped today and got about 3 ounces total from both breast. I was so sad but I refuse to give up! Especially since I paid a lot of money for this pump lol.
