Just asked my doctor about this today. Will be getting my bottle this weekend. I'd love to hear about everyone's results.

I'm using both now, I first I was using CLA, I started at 297 April 19, 2012 and May 21,2012 I weighed in at 277. I exercise about 4times a week, I'm low carb, I drink Super Dieters Tea every night before heading too bed, I would suggest every lady get this tea.

Started Monday using both. I will give results next week.

The tea is called super Dieters tea, I don't know the maker but u know gnc and vitacost.com sells it

CLA is a supplement that is taken prior to a meal to help rid the fat from the body and expel it.

Going to Walgreens tomorrow to buy me some Raspberry Ketones(think thats right) if I can't find there will try GNC online will be a last result. Want 50 or more lbs gone by Dec no later than Jan.

Found the raspberry ketones at Walmart for 10 dollars but the bottle says its a 15 day use. I'm going to try one pill instead of two...
