Default Appetite Suppressants?

What is a great appetite suppressant? That is my biggest challenge while trying to lose weight. I can't stop eating.. I enjoy exercising, but I need some help with my appetite. Its like I have a tapeworm. Any suggestions?

One thing I've started to do that has helped me is when I feel hungry to drink a glass or two of water and if I still feel hungry a little while after that then I eat. Ive heard that your body has trouble telling the difference between hunger and thirst.
I also try to eat a LOT of protein. I hear it helps keep you full longer.

Coffee gum green tea. I used to drink carbonated water when I felt hungry but wasn't time to eat. Try Brushing your teeth or painting your nails. Snack on fruits and veggies. Celery is GREAT. cravings usually only last a couple of minutes.

Spirulina helped me with curbing my appetite.. The thing is its not the best tasting thing and I would get the powder they have pills but I don't know about them.. I would mix mine with apple juice and it actually helped with my appetite..

I think after a while my body got use to it and it didn't work as powerful as it did b4.

Yerba Mate comes in tea form and I read that this acts as an appetite suppressant and a natural stimulant which means that is both reduces fatigue and speed up your metabolism.

Hercampure rain forest herb it speeds up metabolism and reduce appetite. Comes in tea form.

Red Raspberry leaf tea energy drinking tea reduces appetite and boots metabolism just don't drink b4 bedtime..

Peppermint Tea I use to drink this all the time but I did it for digestive problems and I really don't know if it works or not..

I haven't tried all of these but these are some things I found when doing my research on natural appetite suppressants only one I really tried was the Spirulina and the Yerba Mate tea I tried but never realized it was for appetite suppressant so I am not sure if it worked or not..

That's usually what I eat! Cereal or a slimfast shake. Neither one keeps me full for long...

Protein keeps you full for a longer time.
Also, fiber does the trick.
I've found instead of trying not to eat by suppressing your appetite, its more beneficial to eat filling snacks and meals more often throughout the day. It's okay to be hungry because that's better than just being greedy LOL

Fiber One bars are filling and lowfat but full of fiber.
Drink lots BETWEEN meals not with your meals. Eat a medium sized Apple before each meal, you'll eat less because the apple helps to fill you up. Eat lowfat popcorn as a snack between meals.
Options like this keep me satisfied throughout the day without feeling like my stomach is going to eat away at my backbone from hunger LOL
