Default Workout Shoes

Okay so I have decided that if I get good grades this semester I am going to reward myself with new workout shoes. Currently I am rocking the free runs, which I love, but I would like a different pair over the summer since I am going to hire a personal trainer and plan to exercise more. Post pics of your workout shoes and what you like/ dislike about them please!

I got me some $129.99 shocks for $52 with free shipping.. They post shoe deals a lot on FB.. I forgot the name of the link that post them.. I love those sneakers u got.. I wanted to good pair to workout also..

What I don't like is the color.. I just wanted some shocks so bad that I never even noticed the color when I got them.. But since they are for working out I got over the color..

I like them, especially the yellow part in the back. I wonder if they have the shoe in red and black, I like those colors!

Here are my Nike Structures. I got them from the Nike outlet for $60 versus $100 at my local running shoe store. I love them. Very comfortable and works great to support my Hugh arch. And if you didn't know, my running shoe store suggested to buy your workout shoes a 1/2 size bigger. So just keep that in mind if you didn't know because I didn't before I went shopping for shoes.

That is good info to share about getting workout shoes a 1/2 size bigger because I did not and my feet suffered as a result.

thanks for sharing !!! I think I might go to the Nike outlet to get my next pair! Only thing is I am flat footed, so shoes with big archs are like hell-on-earth for my feet!

If you are in Atlanta and need workout shoes... you can go get your feet looked at by a Specialist who can help pick out a pair for your exact foot structure and how you run... I got my first pair of great shoes from here.. and I've had the best runs of my life... Phidippides is the name of the store and they have great associates.

Also...

Not sure how many of you are in the Atlanta Area... but a very popular specialty running shoe store PHIDIPPIDES is having a Spring fling Fashion show... and you all should sign up, there will be lots of workout gear, $500 giveaway, food, etc.

Check it out - Phidippides Women's Spring Fling Fashion Show - RSVP
