I finally got one about a month ago its similar to this model http://www.walmart.com/ip/Hamilton-Beach-Big-Mouth-Pro-Juice-Extractor-67650H/14320925 only I paid about half of that for mine ( I think mine is the regular size one vs the big mouth ) Sadly I ve only used it like twice using carrots (EWWWW) , and another time an apple and an orange.

I have a jack lalane juicer...it cost 99 dollars.

I used to juice and when I did I would put all types of fruits and veggies in there...sometimes even ginger and it was pretty yummy to me

What about recipes yall? I have a juicer but would like more recipes. Watching RHOA last night made me think about it lol. Sheree was using ginger and I've never tried that in the juicer. The only thing about using the juicer is the cleanup. UGH!

I actually need to get back in to juicing!! I love the energy I have when I juice. Here are my two FAVE recipes, enjoy!

Mean Green

2 handfuls Kale (I buy Kale greens, as opposed to the whole bulk)
2 handfuls spinach
2 stalks of celery
1 cucumber
2 granny smith apples
Couple splashes of lemon juice (for taste)
Ginger root (thumb sized)

Spinach Carrot

3 handfuls spinach
2 red apples
2-3 whole carrots
Couple splashes of lemon juice (for taste
Ginger root (thumb sized)

*the lemon juice and ginger in the recipes are totally optional, and are just for taste..but I always go for it!! Makes my juices so delicious

UGH! I hate it too! I put a plastic bag in the pulp container of mine and that helps but cleaning that blade is a 10min+ job!
