This sounds interesting. I never would have thought of putting cucumbers in the mix

My usual daily smoothie consists of blueberries, strawberries, banana and spinach. I want to start drinking green smoothies so incorporating amounts of spinach gradually helps.

I add spinach to mine, usually the frozen type, and it is pretty good.

Last week I made a spinach, banana, apple, and strawberry smoothie with a touch of honey for sweetness. I am trying to drink more green smoothies.

This week I will try one I found online that consist of romaine lettuce, celery, spinach, apple, pear, banana, cilantro, parsley, and lemon juice. It sounds interesting and I will let you know what I think about it.

Pulse I am looking for a wider variety to try.
