Using Full Bar + What Are you Doing?

So I've been getting my exercise in, even though I've fallen off the wagon some days.

I needed something to push my diet and get me moving again on this weight loss journey. Today I started using full bar (can be seen here http://www.fullbar.com )

Of course I am skeptical and but I decided to try it because they encourage you to eat meals (instead of it being a meal replacement), the bars are natural and there are no speeding heart rates and false promises of 10lbs in 2 weeks.

Does anyone use this product or has used it in the past? Did anyone ever tried to cookie diet, I just wanted to get some feedback on it.

I am 5'3 and 192lbs looking to lose at least 40lbs. I would like to be at 135-140lbs but I am hoping to lose the initial 40 before 2010 is out. I will be blogging about my full bar + exercise + eating activities on my weight loss blog. http://peacetothegrease.blogspot.com/

Full Bar

I didn't really notice a difference in my appetite after eating a Full Bar but, I found something better. I like eating hard boiled eggs. They are really filling and are a great source of protein which is excellent post workout.
