Hello Ladies,

I am going to start my own little challenge with Hair, Skin & Nails vitamins by natures bounty. They were like 6 dollars, the bottle that I have has 60 pills, the directions say take 3 pills a day. I will take pictures on my nails and hair every month for 6 months.
