I take the CVS brand Hair, Skin and Nails supplement. I'm supposed to take it 3xs a day, every day but I only take it once and I noticed some growth. I'm scared to take Biotin because I dont want the breakouts or a 5 o'clock shadow

I've been taking biotin for years (10+) and no unwanted hair. Just for the ladies who may be worried. I will keep a look out though but so far so good.
