Not really. Im deficient in it even though I'm a meat eater so I take a pill or get shots.

I have taken Hairfinity in the past and had nice results. I now take the Hair, Nail, and Skin vitamin from vitacost.com. It is half the price for double the quantity. I also get my coconut oil and other essentials from them too.

I take plain biotin pills from Walmart.. There are no products out there that makes your hair grow... They really just make you hair stronger so that you will have less breakage and with less breakage you retain more length... So really you just need to avoid breakage!

Just a suggestion... you may want to add MSM also as it supposedly extends the growth phase and protects strands during the resting phase....don't quote me on this though!!! My hair nail and skin vits have both.

That's not true. I've never been a vegetarian. I have a deficiency. That's like saying, "Oh I eat meat there is no way my iron can be low", when in reality it can be.

I'm sorry..maybe you should do a little more research before you start giving out your expert advice.

I recommend longer stronger nails by Applied Nutrition!!! Just started using dem the beginning of Oct. in just 15 days I had almost a half inch of growth, my eyebrows thicken and my nails are strong and growing too... Love it. And for those you don't do to well with excessive biotin, these are perfect. It contains silica which most hair growth vitamins do not contain and is very essential to hair growth!!!
