A great brand to try for hair growth is Futurebiotics. You can find this brand at your local health store and gnc for around ten bucks. I got dbl the growth with this brand and it natural. There are herbs such as horsetail, sage, rosemary, nettle and so on that are great for stimulating growth. I suggest using those as hair rinses.

No supplement makes your hair grow. Supplements aren't FDA regulated so producers can put anything on the label Like hair skin n nails

I don't know about vitamins but just a healthy regimen period is helping me. And to stop manipulating my hair as much. I've been doing a good deep condition, using Dr Miracle twice a day as well as a Shea butter conditioner daily, tying it up at night with a silk scarf and leaving my two strands ALONE for at least a week and...it's like magic.

I have been taking hairfinity for almost a month now. I have less shedding, fuller hair. My hair has grown more. My sister use to talk about it so much. She had to stop because she found out she couldnt breast feed with it. I love this product and will be using it until I get the length I desire. My face has not broke out like others in YouTube vids said it did. If you don't mind spending 30 bucks a month then try this out. It's worth ever penny to me.

Default Vitamins for hair growth

Vitamin B12
Vitamin B12 is one of the most important vitamins for our hair and a deficiency can result in hair loss and premature graying. A surprising number of people are deficient in B12. Including enough vitamin C and iron in your diet will help you body absorb more B12.

Starting Friday - I'm adding Purvana Max to my regimen 💃💃💃They come in 30 tablets and I've read so many reviews on it. Plus my hair takes well to vitamins. If you don't mind spending $15.00 a month then try it 👍

That's interesting because only vegetarians can be deficient in b12 because its only found in meat. So anyone who eats any meat gets b12 and it scientifically does nothing for hair. No one needs vitamins because everything in a vitamin can be gotten from a food source.
