Thank I have avj & denman to thank for that I forgot to mention that I take 2 gummy multivitamins 1 aspirin & 3 1000mg of biotin w/2-3 bottles of water every day. Ive also been eating 1-2 peanut butter & jelly w/popcorn & water for lunch for a mth, I've rotated to a small bag of chips for a change,soon I'd like to + cranberry & avjuices to my diet. & become a juicer(I need ninja pro 1st).

I think i'm going to revisit the JBCO. I bought some a long time ago but I didn't know what my hair liked at the time, I was just trying everything I could! So, I gave it to my Mom, and she practically fell in love. Any of you ladies have success with it?

Hi, I was wondering if I could join also.
My hair is 3b I think. I wash on Sundays using Coconut Milk shampoo by Organix. I condition and detangle about 3x week with Macadamia Oil conditioner by Organix. I seal with Doo gro oil. I deep condition after I shampoo. I switch up conditioners. I am in a protective style challenge so I keep ny hair in a bun most of the time. I have a very very simple regimen! I take Omega3 fish oil pills and b12

I get my hair trimmed professionally once a mth. Nov.1 will be the last trim until May 2013 cause I'll be protective styling from November 2012-January 2014 to finish all my weave I bought last yr for braids,I bought enough to last 2yrs wearing ea. style for 2mths ea. I've done 4 styles which lasted 10mths already July 2011-May 2012. I'm determined to reach my goal @ any means necessary which is just to let my hair grow as long as it can w/proper care & maintenance. Can I join? I am 4a mostly and 4b on the sides. I have been natural for a year but keep cutting my hair (currently I have about 1/2 inch of hair). For my one year nappaversary (September 22nd ) I made a resolution that I would not cut my hair for a year. This will be really difficult for me so I am going to need some support.

My regimen is getting revived haven't used much of one lately. I currently co-wash every other day. I shampoo my hair once a week. At one time I was doing hot oil treatments and deep conditioning once a week-I plan to start that back up.

Your welcome and no you're right. But the front is wavy and the back is curly. I'm going to try to add a pic so you could see. Thank you. Im glad it doesn't dry like that. It gets big sometimes and other times I don't know what its doing lol
