Default Help me please

Ok so I wanna reach my goal if Apl in 1yr well my Year is winding down, im a lil past collar bone length length ... Can anyone offer up any sugestions to help ne reach my goal in january

I have found that my hair grows most when I do absolutly nothing to it. (protective styles)

protective styling is your best bet so leave it alone in twists/bun for a while. however, are you sure that this is possible with your growth rate (and other factors such as height, health etc)? the CBL to APL gap is usually one of the hardest and you have to be on top of your game

Thanks and im pretty tall so I may push my date back till march but I hate wearing weaves or any type of extensions so im going to try and keep wearing buns

I feel your pain. I also am stuck at this gap. I had a sew-in... But let's just say it didn't last long . So I recently just installed some medium twist and just pinned them together. hopefully this regimen gets me out of collarbone length stage. 😊

Healthy diet and exercise and a vitamin for a boost with plenty of water.

I used maine and tail shampoo and conditioner and it really did make a difference my hair feels and looks longer!

Thanks ladies ,I just installed some twists in and I've been taking hair skin and nail vitamins for month and a half , so hopefully when I take these out I will be a lil closer to my goal
