I have stopped using it for a little longer than a month, just because I ran out. There were no changes in my hair at all. My hair is so soft now, Im enjoying it!

Africa's Best is a great oil too! I use it in my leave-in mix with Jamaican Black Castor Oil.

The Wild Growth Hair Oil can be applied to the scalp and hair in sections. The website suggests 1-3 days a week and paired with the Wild Growth Hair Oil Moisturizer for optimal results.HTH Good luck!
