I got the name "Hamptons" when I attended my first year of college. This one guy in particular I met during freshman orientation never remembered my name but he was amazed that I lived in The Hamptons.

My name is Raytosha. People are so fast to call me Ray-Ray, and I would always tell them thats my dad's nickname. My friend in highschool started calling me Raytay instead and it stuck. I still go by Raytay 15 years later Smile

My name is Wynter Cherry and most of my friends just call me Cherry since its such an odd name. I wanted my screen name to rhyme because im a dork like that and was originally going to put OrdinaryCherry, but im not ordinary, so Cherry: Extraordinary! came into play. The only problem, most people pronounce extraordinary as EXTRA ordinary which was NOT what i was going for [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] . . . first initial + last name + year I was born = bholmes87!!!!

Lol im soo in the same boat with you all, if my screen name isnt Cherry, Its CherryCherry lmbo and the sad part, all my passwords are the same 2 combinations. That way theres only 4 combinations of diffrent log ins lol

Well, I'm Juices-N-Berries. This comes from a quote from my FAVORITE MOVIE OF ALL TIME. Coming to America!!! It's the line in the barbershop where he says "What kinda chemicals you got in this?" "I put no chemicals, only juices and berries" "That ain't nothin but a ultraperm!" HAHAHAHAHA! I could recite the entire film by heart if I had to. Anyway, when I went natural I was like no chemicals, only juices and berries. It turns out to be quite literal. Especially when my mom says we should eat my hair cuz it smells so good. Lol.

Mar = my first name is Marlena Bar= (a little long story) I am in SGA at school and the Student Body President one day just started calling me Barbie and his rationalization was because I was always changing up something be it my look, my attitude, or my ambitions. He always said that like Barbie I had so many different Mes.. (if that makes since at all) so I told him instead of calling me Marlena Barbie, just call me Mar Bar and it stuck and now my close circle of friends call me MARBAR. The 1908 comes from me being a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. I love you

this is a fun thread. mine is pretty obvious but i wanted a screen name specific to my hair when I joined the forum so my usual screen names wouldn't work... so I settled on jamaicanmecurly

My family is Jamaican and it's definitely a major part of my identity... and there's that American (touristy) phrase: "jamaican me crazy" so I just changed it to curly.

My avatar pic reminds me of a lion's mane. I thought that Simba's wife- from the Lion King was named Nyla- (it is actually Nala)

I wanted something to name my hair that represents my Leo Rising- I am actually a Pisces.

My sn is completely unrelated to my hair journey. My friends and I in college got a reputation of being great dancers and one night a security guard said to us "ay yuh move like your waist made out of elastic." Thus elasstikwaistlyne.....its an island thing...LOL
