          I love it!!!

I only have a period every third month but when I do it spots for a week, bleeds for a week, then im bloated for a week. I dont mind it at all though, it beats having a monthly flow. It took the little bit of body fat I had away. Its just super convenient.

Before I started this I was on the *Seasonique* pill. Which made me gain massive weight !!!! So I ditched that one fast....

But I like this method better

              I use the Mirena.

It's a IUD. It's good for 5 years and I've only had it for 2.

I don't use any. I had Mireba IUD for over three years before I had it removed. By that point I was always tired and irritable. I was bloated always even though I was running and eating well and drinking properly (my guy and I have set noticed a difference in my mid section since removing it). I was extremely anxious. Painful sex to the point that I was afraid of it. And he could feel the string.

I had the mirena also. i removed it myself a couple of weeks ago because of massive headaches, bloating, painful sex. it was just all bad. so now im on nothing. i just really think our bodies are not suited to stop what we were created for naturally. idk what i will do now shrugssssssssssssssssssssssss

Condoms. I tried the pill. I wasn't good at keeping up with it. I thought about an iud but decided against it. Before I had my daughter I tracked my ovulation and period on a chart. This helped me a lot when we wanted to conceive. I can't track it now now since i'm still nursing.

I'm pregnant now but am trying to figure out what to use after this baby is born! I'm not sure I can keep up with a pill either! But I want to get preg again sometime after this baby turns one (and then get my tubes tied) so I don't want to make the commitment of long term BC decisions decisions. Maybe NuvaRing....
