Im so proud! Im 14 to & BC last year. I must admit the transition process was harder than the BC. But keep pushing forward ladies. We are the young teens starting a global epidemic.

Its getting there its doing a bit better but its still limp uneven and damaged and my mom won't let me big chop even.though I want to soo bad, she keeps telling me that I don't know what I want blah blah blah and she won't let ne do what I want to MY own hair it really frustrates me :-)

Its hard for me to hear situations about how teens family members don't approve of them doing their BC, support is a huge factor of this process. If your hair is damaged and breaking it could travel further up your hair strand. Hang in there; try protective styles such as braids or kinky to give you & your hair a break!.

Hey guys. I'm 15. I chopped all my hair and went to school expecting the worst and turns out EVERYONE liked it. With the exception of one ignorant comment. And by then, I was already confident enough to not care about what others thought. Good luck !

Learning to love my 3c/4a hair for what it is each and every day. I'm in a 2 year waist length challenge, currently collarbone length. Never relaxed, but used excessive heat in the past.
