Thanks guys, i'm kinda feeling this red

So glad I have an idea of what i'm doing becuase I detest having to drop $100's at my stylist. @Mo, the Adore color I got it from the BSS. I didn't see it at mt Sally's, but you may want to check the ones in your area. I will post a pic of what I used from my phone.

So, how come I'm just realizing how much of a difference a flat twisted root makes on a twist out!? Well, I know y'all have said, but I been doing my thug thizzle, lol. I'm no pro yet by far, but practice makes perfect sooooo, twists & I will be aces in the coming weeks. The WnG's and I have been getting along good, but but err umm these damn knots SSK's and constant shedding can kiss my arse. I would like to see if twisting up and possibly going back to PS'ing will help with the shedding & such. I know I need to get back into my regular protein treatments too esp with the new color and all, so I copped some Ion Effective Care after work at Sally's for $5.99. I treated my scalp tonight for the 1st time in ages it seems. Pulled out that good ol B&B growth serum and went to work, felt good too & I noticed some red spots from the dye lol. Anywho I'm rambling, tired, & relaxed. More relaxed than I've been in the past few days. I been stressing y'all, sheesh, but with some prayer, encouraging words, & a good evening walk I feel lots better. All weekend I could not get rid of a headache, so I went to have my blood pressure taken at Walgreen's during lunch & yes it was elevated, so I made an appt with my Dr. I know I'm getting older and high BP runs in my fam, but I am not & will not claim it. I'm going to increase my H2O intake, slow up on the sodium, get out of the workout rut I was in and go get it, go get it *in my TI voice* lol

Sorry to vent on you guys like that, but I guess I needed to get it all out. Despite the way I was feeling, Diamond said screw you, boo boo imma do me lol & she showed out today hunty! Lol

These red highlights have her all Louisiana hot sauce, spicy and thangs so I gotta share pics. Tonight is my 3rd night retwisting with Marie Dean Amla Hair cream & I must say I like. It seems the older the hair gets, the better the TO looks, so I can dig it. Anywho, I'm done for real, catch y'all tomorrow, ciao!

Had so much with Bug! Took her to see Madagascar 3 at the dollar movie Fri night & to the Fall Fest by the lake Sat morning. She ate 3 sno cones & had flower & butterfly balloon animals. Had a GREAT weekend with my heart

I know I'm back on the PS grind..for now (hee hee) there aren't enough knots/ssk's in the world to keep me away from a WNG. Just cut them suckas off and keep it movin, lol!!
I can't even scold u about your BP, sounds like you have a plan to keep that in check. Yeeeesss girl, don't be claiming no foolishness now! Alright, now I'm rambling..

still shedding huh? Me too...it seems to be getting a little better though. I did my protein treatment last wash with that SSI okra repair. I love that stuff...and I've been massaging my scalp like crazy with that jbco for about a month now. I guess its working...
Please get that BP on check. That was an issue that I had at the end of my first pregnancy. It was bad.. at stroke levels. I had to take meds everyday after the baby for a couple months. I did not like that. I'm glad you've got a plan to get back on track.

Awww look at Ko, glad she had a ball and Im sure that Madagascar flick was funny, Im going to get it from Netflix and laugh my head off in the privacy of my own living room

Excellent plan to keep the BP under control and I have to ease my way back into working out; I have the eating under control which is most important for me and now I can get back to exercise but Im going to do it on my own schedule because that way I know it will stay off!

As for the ps, you already know how I feel about that so get to it honey

I really like how the red took to your already highlighted hair it makes diamond POP I would stick with this instead of all over (but its up to you, either way its cute) it's so different love it!!!

She had fun and even though there weren't many peeps out, I enjoyed chatting with a few moms while she played. 9am-11am on Sat morning?!? I be wanting to sleep as long as I can, but i'm always up before that lol.
As for the movie, it was so cute! We have to rent the 1st 2 now, lol
Wng are hard to step back from, they are so easy and the best way for me to get the big hair I want...when it doesn't turn out like Jheri. Thanks for the kind words doll, they are always appreciated. I heart my CN fam for real *muah*

Thanks for the love Angel Boo *hugs* I am hoping the Ion helps with all of this shedding madness. As for the SSK's I know I am prob in need of a trim, haven't had one since April. I am mos def all over the BP ish, aint nobody got time for this stuff! lol, ugh that's so scary though, I didn't know your BP was that high! Was it just because of the baby or what?
