¡Ja, ja! ¡Qué lástima! Pués, quizás no debes comprar nada. Recuerda la expresión: "la ausencia es al amor lo que el viento al aire, que apaga el pequeño y aviva el grande"

No, es como en inglés: "Distance makes the heart grow fonder".

¿Alguna vez has oído esto?

¡Ah! Si, he oido todo el tiempo, pero mirarlo mucho diferente en el espanol. Lo siento; soy muy literal a veces

OAN: I've been daydreaming about Patrick (my CVS guy) all day long. *sighs* I have a feeling that he's a really sweet guy, too. Darned hurricane. Stupid PJism!

Sooo, I believe that I posted my pictures of my natural regimen. Ummm....Terressentials needs to go. It's already irritated my neck (I have a rash) & my scalp has been itching like crazy! I know it's Terressentials because I've used everything else before, & had no problems with them. It might be the nettle or shavegrass in the formula. Natural isn't always better. *sighs* And, even though it helped with detangling in the shower, the day after my WnG (no product), my hair had matted together in a few of the sections & it was HELL detangling it later. Ugh. I didn't want to suffer the consequences of not detangling though, so I patiently used my fingers to work out the snarls. I'm especially sensitive in the back nape area, so this just wasn't the business.

Oh! Ravenpriestess told me about the Kimmaytube leave in (thanks, btdubs! ), & after wrestling with me to not go out & buy more oils, I finally tried it. I had AVJ leftover from my clay experiments. Here's the original recipe:

2 tbsp of your favorite leave in conditioner (it's supposed to be silicone-free, but mine wasn't)
2 tbsp whole leaf aloe vera juice
2 tsp castor oil
2 tsp jojoba oil

I used my Nuance condish, which has dimethicone way down on the list, but it still worked. I only had inner fillet AVJ, but I'm not sure if it made a difference. I didn't have either of the oils, so I used EVOO & an EVCO/GSO blend instead. So you could say that I didn't really follow the recipe But, I rewet my hair, & sectioned it into 5 huge twists. I took one twist, divided it in half, applied the leave in to the section, & then divided that half in half. I worked more leave in in, removing shed hairs & smoothing as I went. I divided it again, added more leave in to my ends, did 2 two-strand twists, & moved on until 8 twists were completed for that entire section. So I have a total of 40 twists in my head. My hair has looked more moisturised, but there's little frizz. I'll try it on freshly washed hair next time, & not an old (1 day, but still) WnG next wash day.

Mud wash isn't for me anymore either. My hair doesn't react the same and the last few times it felt more stripped than commercial shampoos. I still have a bunch of bentonite left. I think I'm going to use it for face masks. I started using the kimmaytube leave-in about two weeks ago and I love it. I'm about to try some new ROs. I'm eyeing Beauty Without Cruelty and Suave Naturals. The ingredients in the Suave are pretty good even though it's not 100% natural.

Hey chica!
I hear what you're saying about the Terresentials. Wow, that rash is a definite sign that something is irritating you. I heard a lot about clay washes, so one of the sample bars I ordered was the Chagrin Valley mud & clay bar. It's made with rhassoul clay and dead sea something or another. That kimmaytube leave-in mix works pretty well for helping me with my moisture. I'm glad it helped you. I stuck with the original recipe included Jamaican Black castor oil, jojoba oil, and grapeseed oil. My hair loves this combo! I've slowed down my buying sprees each month and I'm also focusing on the essentials. More money in my wallet too!!!

Yeah, I might use mine for facials, too. I just know that my scalp isn't a fan of nettle, shavegrass, etc. My sulfate shampoo was much less irritating! I'll let my hair be coated with synthetic chemicals if it means happier skin. Smh.

My skin isn't pleased at all. Ugh. Naptural85 must have some magic skin or something lol. I don't see how she uses that lavender garden wash. I almost went into anaphalactic shock trying to sniff it

I actually do like that KT leave in...I can see the line in my conditioners moving down lol. I have 7 leave ins to get through using the KT recipe....
