So is anyone else thinking about the holidays and making gifts yet? I am.. Considering the amount of time investment you need for a piece, I don't think it's bad to start as early as possible. Maybe this year I'll just make a bunch of smaller items instead of trying to be overly ambitious and bite off more than I can chew, as usual.

Congratulations! Second is good. Its 3rd that's not. And next time you'll take first. I think its cute. And you can now say you are an award winning crafter. So then if you decide to sell something...you can tag it with "new design from award winning crafter: whatdacurl" and exponentially the cost of the item....goes up.

I am an award winning driver, 2009 3rd place regionnal road-e-o winner. I have a 4 ft tall trophy that takes up most of my trunk....and. if not for the trophy....no one would know it. 3....no one remembers. So don't fret...you done good. Be proud of yourself.
