Im thinking they were rich when they left. I mean they my be refugees in the sense they had to leave their country but I don't think they would have been able to leave unless they had money.

They come from a collective society so I can see them being rich. Just because you flee a country doesn't mean you go broke especially if they were rich before. These people just inherited the wealth. Sigh. I wanna inherit some money too!! Lols. I love Reza!
