Hair today: braids still, did not pin. The top seems frizzy, but I don't understand why. I spritz with warm water this morning because I the aloe spritz seems iffy today.
The first semi- springlike day and they pumped the AC @ work so now I'm hurting.

I finished a red elephant today and got another order. We had the work-shower today and it went well even though she knew it was going on (I could tell she wasn't surprised).

Hair today, nothing special same braids spritzed. I've decided to save the braid out until Saturday.

I got 2 more orders today. I'm working on a bunny right now, should be done tonight.

So interesting enough today I had to talk to a co-worker who was upset that another co-worker didn't get a promotion. He wanted to tell everyone that he thought it was unfair, but I tried to explain that 1. you don't want to bring the person who got the promotion down 2. something just shouldn't be said in a group and 3. if they had someone in mind before the interviews then that's on them. He felt is was race related. My thing is it could or could not be, there's no evidence so don't get yourself in a mess where you don't have a job over someone else's intentions.

I'm tired (I slept last night) but I think it's all catching up. I'm hoping to be sleep early tonight.

It's a lot of "favoritism" going on in jobs today. I see undeserving people get things all the time because they are liked by the right people. It's upsetting but what can you do when you are outnumbered and at the bottom of the totem pole.

yeah, I don't think this guy was undeserving, just not as experienced.

I wouldnt know how much for, how to start, WHAT exactly im going to sell and how. If i get some help with all that then i would have no problem with it.

So hair today: same ol' braids. I'll keep it like this tomorrow and Saturday do a braid out. I am so tired I don't know what to do. I want to finish this elephant for tomorrow and I got another order today. I gotta hit up the store and keep cranking them out.

Side note: hubby's got lots of work coming in too, I'm thankful, but we need some grown folk time soon.
