The seven spiritual laws of success by Deepak Chopra! Girls let me tell you, it's a good self help book, it's on point. It shouldn't be read quickly because you need to practice each law before you move on to the next! I'm still trying to work the first law into my life. Change is difficult but it's also a great thing.
