I wish I would have tried it first! You're right for $120 I should have had stellar results! My results weren't permanent unfortunately, but everyone is different. Maybe the steamer just isn't for me. But honestly since I didn't see too many results I wasn't using it as directed (twice a week). I've since decided to give it another try and if I don't see results in giving it to my mom. Im giving it a month and a half and I'm going to use it correctly. We shall see.. Fingers crossed!
