Hi! Im michelle and i decided to go natural...
after 2 months in ....im really nervous and excited about this transition. I am 28 years old and have been getting relaxers since i was 10.
Because I am korean and black...i hear all the time, "you have pretty hair you dont need a relaxer!"
But the problem for me was that I was addicted to the creamy crack! It was Deliciously smooth...i felt as if if made my hair so much managable....
The only problem with my addiction is that....my hair will NOT grow...
Before relaxers I had really long LONG thick hair...after about 18 years of using the crack i've had the same hair length...Another reason as to why i am changing is because i want COLOR and not just regular color..i want brights!!
blues and purples and greens and etc!.... and with a relaxer i've only achieved breakage.....
So therefore i am the newbie and i am ready for change!!!
p.s. no big chop here.....i have an oblong shaped head..but i will trim away!!
